This 56-room hotel sits right at the I-90 / Highway 266 interchange (Exit 42) in Worthington. It runs as a Super 8 by Wyndham today. Guests come off the interstate, plus agricultural business travel and visitors to Okabena Lake and Nobles County.
We're moving it from Wyndham's Super 8 flag to Choice's mid-scale Quality Inn brand. The rooms have already been renovated, and Quality Inn is a better fit for them. It also suits the corporate and healthcare travelers drawn by Sanford Worthington Medical Center and Minnesota West Community and Technical College. The re-flag alone targets a 25–35% ADR uplift.
The conversion covers exterior signage, the lobby and room finishes, all to Quality Inn spec. Once it's done, guests get free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, guest laundry, parking for large vehicles and dog-friendly rooms. AHM's own team runs the hotel throughout.
