We own and operate a TownePlace Suites by Marriott and two hotels we're converting to Quality Inn, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Worthington, Minnesota. The Patel family bought its first one in 2015 and still runs every property itself.

There's no outside management company between us and the hotels. Our own team handles staffing, the guest experience, and capital spending at every property.
That keeps decisions short. When a hotel needs another housekeeper or a lobby refresh, the people who own it make the call.
