The hotel is at 4545 W Homefield Drive, next to I-29 and 4.1 miles from Sioux Falls Regional Airport. Stays here typically run five nights or longer. Guests include medical travelers, people relocating for work, and crews on project assignments.
Each suite has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, plus a proper workspace. The Empire Mall and the 41st Street business district are both within three miles.
There's a pool, a fitness center, hot breakfast and free parking. Pets are welcome for a $75 fee. AHM's own team runs the hotel under Marriott's TownePlace Suites flag, and it books through Marriott Bonvoy. Much of the demand comes from the Sanford Health and Avera Health medical campuses around the metro.
